I ordered cards for my family and businesses. I was told it would ship on 12/6, then 12/7, but no one responded to my follow-ups until days later. Eventually, I was informed it would ship by 12/15, but it was pushed to 12/23. Now, we have no cards for our family or businesses. The representatives provided a flimsy apology and were not apologetic. Avoid this service!
