Awful customer support.

Awful customer support. They seem unable to rectify their mistakes. Speaking with a manager felt as if I was communicating with an automated system.

Incredibly frustrating photo card service.

The only reason I continue using this service is that all my recipient addresses are stored in their system, and they address the envelopes for free. Unlike other services, you cannot edit your card design if you want changes. They offer two free edits, but they consistently misunderstand my requests. After the first edit, you can't make further changes without requesting another edit, which incurs an additional fee. They also try to charge extra for special fonts unless you navigate through a hidden option. This feels like a blatant attempt to extract more money.

They are definitely a scam.

I received an email claiming I had placed an order, but I hadn't. I reached out to verify if an order was linked to my email and requested the last four digits of the card for verification. They've been silent for over two weeks despite my follow-ups threatening legal action. I would strongly advise against this service—it's a fraud with no customer support.

Edited on July 12, 2025. The service reached out and addressed my concerns about print quality. They sent me a reprint, and the quality was significantly better! It still has a softer look due to the paper type, but the colors are now true to the originals. I will consider using them again in the future. Initially, I was attracted to their eco-friendly practices, but I was disappointed with the print quality. The colors appeared washed out, and my prints were damaged due to improper packaging. They should ensure their packaging is marked to avoid bending. While I appreciate their mission, I may not order from them again.

Christmas cards experience was disappointing.

I previously ordered Christmas cards from this service and received them on time. However, last year, my order placed at the end of November didn't arrive until December 24th, with the shipping date changed multiple times. Their customer support is nearly nonexistent. After emailing and leaving messages, I only received a response after escalating the issue. Save yourself the hassle and frustration.

I ordered expedited shipping, and it took them over a week just to create a label. It took 10 days to ship. Terrible service.

No customer support and unreliable shipping.

The status remained 'preparing to ship' for four days, so I expected it to ship on time. Then they delayed the date, and I couldn't reach customer support. Calls went to voicemail, and the only other contact method took over 48 hours for a response. After finally getting an email, I requested to cancel my order, but then I received a 'shipped' notification, which only meant a label was created. Horrible customer support and unreliable shipping. I will not order from this service again.

Avoid this service, they don't ship on time.

I've used this service for the last six years for Christmas cards and invitations. This year, they keep pushing back my estimated shipping date. It's already been moved four times in a week, and it's impossible to reach someone to speak with. If I don't receive a shipping notification soon, I will request a chargeback, as that may be the only way to get my money back.
