The customer service is very bad; this is the second incident that I have been left in the lurch with without any assistance or reply to my complaints. Paperpal debited my credit card with an incorrect amount and thereafter said my subscription had lapsed. I then paid again to renew it, only to find that they had already debited my credit card. When I finally requested a refund for the initial incorrect debit, they then decided to cancel my subscription without my consent or instructions. They pretended to not understand what I was complaining about. They are very unprofessional and bad at attending to clients' complaints, yet very good at debiting incorrect amounts. Even today they have not resolved my problem or called me even though I explained that they should not have cancelled my fully paid subscription but refunded me for the incorrectly debited amount.
