I have never encountered such poor service. I placed an order on December 13, 2025, and as of January 9, 2026, I have yet to receive it. I was told there are delivery issues and that I need to figure out the package's whereabouts myself. What is going on here?! I will be reporting this to consumer protection authorities, as this is the worst service I've ever faced.
