I placed my order on the 8th of December, expecting delivery by the 15th, but the item is still in the "production" phase and hasn't been dispatched. I've attempted to reach out to the company through their online chatbot, but it has been entirely ineffective! There is no real person to talk to, and it continually submits tickets without any email follow-up. I needed both personalized diaries as Christmas gifts, but it seems unlikely I will receive them in time, which is very disappointing! This is my first experience with this service, and it will certainly be my last.
