I'm sharing my experience to caution other customers. I placed an order with the company totaling $69.74. I received shipping confirmation and tracking that indicated the package was delivered to my address. However, when the package arrived, it was completely empty — no products inside at all. I reached out to the support team immediately and provided all the order details. As of now, I have not received a resolution or a clear explanation regarding how an empty package was shipped or how this will be addressed. Shipping an empty box does not meet basic fulfillment standards. At the very least, I expected timely communication and a replacement or refund. Until this issue is resolved, I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when ordering from this service.
