Great support and experience! A big THANK to Mariia who organized all very well and the great communication! It worked absolutely perfect on arrival at Colombo Intl. Airport (CMB): welcome at the gate, guidance and service in the lounge! As well the private police officer within the lounge who checked our documents for immigration was a WOW! As we like tuk tuk's, the staff organized one to take pictures while waiting for the baggage! :-) Mariia from Paradigm coordinated also that our driver from the hotel will pick-us up from from the lounge instead of the arrivals hall! One word to say: PERFECT!!
