I have been very happy to use this service many times whilst travelling through Europe. Paradigm are an amazing Company, I need a wheelchair, which is always ready for me at Arrivals. The Paradigm Team are efficient courteous and polite and without exception always on time, they make the very difficult part of the journey much less of of an ordeal.
