We recently used the Paradigm Meet and Greet service at CDG and could not have been more impressed. Even though we missed our connection due to a late-arriving flight, our escort did an amazing job trying to get us to the gate quickly and efficiently. After we missed the flight, he personally escorted us to the airline service counter, clearly explained the situation to the agents on our behalf, and then guided us to the correct terminal to get a taxi to the hotel where we were rebooked.This level of service made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. We would definitely use Paradigm again — it’s an invaluable service, especially when connecting through a large, complex international airport like CDG. Highly recommended!
