I was really happy with Matt as a trainer. He explained the important parts very clearly and kept things short, which made them easy for us to remember. When trainers take a long time to explain things, it can sometimes be hard to memorise because the explanations turn into long stories.When people asked questions, Matt answered them confidently and explained everything well to all of us. I felt like the session went very quickly because I really enjoyed it.
