Our instructor Jo was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, professional, and supportive throughout the training. Jo explained everything clearly, made the session engaging, and I felt confident practicing the skills.
The course was well organised, practical, and easy to follow. I walked away feeling much more prepared and confident to respond in an emergency situation.
The online component wasn’t painful either.
Highly recommend Paradise First Aid, and especially Jo as an instructor. Thank you, I definitely feel more equipped with first aid moving forward

Currently I am 65 years of age, been an Electrician since late 70’s, currently still a patrolling member of a local surf club… done lots of CPR/LVR and first course over the years. The CPR/LVR with Mick J brought some real life practical and common sense approach to this subject and a simple approach on the management of an incident … identify- fix… I personally related to this approach and can apply that.Extremely engaging and easy to stay focused onThanks Mick
