I've visited the Keswick store on numerous occasions as the kit is very good. The waterproof jackets are not cheap in comparison to other jackets on the market, but given they can be reproofed without delamination, and last for many, many years, they out rank others by a mile. The service provided by the staff is excellent. They know the kit and the benefits each item brings and I've found Ewan, Michelle and Gemma very knowledgeable and helpful. And that makes the experience even better.
