The quality of their gear is already well-known, but what made the visit memorable was the incredible level of service.The staff at the Páramo Keswick Store were genuinely outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, offered thoughtful advice without any pressure, and made sure I left with the right kit rather than just making a sale.
Very nice experience and explanation from Luke! He took his time and answered all the technical questions and doubts I had. Being a gore-tex/membrane type of guy, all my life/career and having very good field experience and proof that those membranes work, he had a hard time convincing me haha.But...! I have trust in the product and will put it to a harsh test in my upcoming Guide season in Iceland. So Luke, I'll know where to find you if it lets me down ;)
