I, or rather we have a couple of Paramo jackets, they're fantastically well made and really do last many years.My favourite jacket was damaged and I needed some fabric to repair it, although I couldn't identify the exact model number (the same jacket will have many iterations over the course of its development and sale), Despite the best efforts of Paramo, we were unable to pinpoint the exact fabric, but they were kind enough to send me a repair pack with some fabric and other items to fully reinvigorate the jacket.I really wanted to keep my favourite waterproof and offered to pay whatever they needed, but it was sent free of charge.Obviously this is above and beyond customer service, so I've made a donation in their name to a charity local to their head office.Great products, great customer service and great people.They also offer repair and recycling services for their products, so if you ever need a new zip or even a whole back panel, they can do it......and - after many, many years when you've worn out your Paramo clothes, send them in and they'll break them down and recycle them into new fabrics etc (they've made enormous efforts to ensure their products contain a lot of recycled content).Customer for life.
