I had an issue with the zip on my cascada jacket and reached out to customer services. Sean was very quick to confirm I could have a repair under warranty and made the returns process very easy. I asked for a specific date for the jacket to be sent back and he made sure this was communicated to the workshop.Thereafter Lauren got in touch with an update and an offer to replace the jacket for a newer model. Obviously I was very happy with the proposal and replied as such. That was at lunchtime and the new jacket arrived before 0900 the next day! What service!It is very refreshing to deal with such a professional company and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and their clothing to everyone!
