This is the second Gillette I had from this company - first one suffered from pocket zips getting caught up in zips.I bought this to the companies attention , who supplied me with a replacement ( in good time ).However, the second replacement has began to display the same design flaw ( with the material around the zip getting. caught up .I raised this concern with them , who in turn arrange collection for further investigations.Within 3 days I was contacted to be told a repair would cost near £200 ( which for a Gillette that cost £90 ) is complete nonsense.Yet again another company selling “Premium” outdoor clothing that is not fit for purpose.
