I can't rate Paramo's London store staff and the company's repair service too highly. My 6-year old jacket was sent to check waterproofness even though I had used the appropriate Nikwax cleaning and reproofing products. It was returned to me after one week after full inspection, cleaning and reproofing free of charge. Similarly, a broken zip was replaced in an insulated jacket a couple of years ago, again free of charge.Paramo products are extremely well made and very breathable. Going to extend my wardrobe with a Velez jacket from the lovely London store staff tomorrow
