The customer service I received from Sean at Paramo was amazing from the outset! He couldn’t do enough to help me solve my issue and quickly organised a repair for a faulty zip. Communication was brilliant throughout and I always knew exactly what was going on. I was surprised to be notified that my jacket would be returned to me almost a month earlier than I expected it.
