Ref: 165229 -- repair to Alta 111 Jct Just a quick email to advise you that I have now received my repaired jacket and to thank you for your exceptional service.From start to finish the service which I have received in relation to the repair of my jacket has been first class.All my communications were very promptly addressed, every effort was made to assist me to return my jacket and supply me with information about what might be possible and what might not. In the end the repair, cleaning and reproofing was carried out free of charge and the coat was returned looking almost new. I could not have asked for better service.Special mention to Sean who was my contact with the company and whose responses reliably came the day after my posts to him and to Sue who worked on the garment on 30/10/24.
