We visited the Paramo store in Keswick. The sales person, Andy, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He explained the technology behind the efficiency of the jackets really well and advised us on what to wear underneath them to ensure optimum performance. He wanted to make sure that we had the best coats for the activities we do. Andy took the time to show us all the features on each jacket.
