The customer service offered to me form Sean Bromage, Customer Experience Administrator for Paramo was superb and I cannot fault him. He is a credit to the company.Unfortunately a pocket zip on my reasonably new jacket was faulty so I contacted Paramo and Sean got back to me the following day offering to replace the jacket for me. He promptly sent me information regards DPD with returns label and references. They received my faulty jacket on the 22nd May and within a week I was sent a new one. When I required some help with registering my new jacket I contacted Sean by email and he very kindly offered to do it for me. An hour later he got back to me to say it had been registered. Paramo offer great clothing and it is such a pleasure to deal with a company when you have employees like Sean who was so very helpful and made the whole process easy and stress free.
