Earlier this year I bought a Cascada jacket from my local Go Outdoors. After wearing it a few times my partner noticed that the hem on the back was curling upwards. I had paid cash and no longer had the receipt when I decided to contact Paramo, not really expecting that anything could be done. I was delighted when Lauren replied saying that she could tell from the serial number on the jacket that it had only been manufactured last year (2023). Lauren sent me a postage label and I returned my jacket. A few days later Lauren emailed to say that there was a fault with my jacket and promptly sent me a replacement! Throughout my issue with my jacket Lauren has replied promptly to my emails and arranged delivery to suit me. I cannot fault the excellent customer service I’ve received from Lauren and Paramo.
