I've climbed and visited wild places for four decades, and discovering these non-membrane waterproof jackets is at least as much of a step change in quality as I remember when the first breathable membranes like goretex came in. Paramo is superb material, and a radical way to manage rain and wind that is far more breathable, less restrictive, and quieter (no more rustling like a crisp packet). Great customer service, too.
