I've been using, and happy with Paramo's innovative clothing for years, so was shocked at 2 'official' retailers (in the north) attitude when I looked to purchase some new gear. Both stores were quite open in their slagging off of Paramo's new kit, and giving a host of reasons why they won't stock them. Of one item I had good reason to believe they hadn't even seen the product. Also, statement as to unfair pricing policy was made. But when I found that the retailer did not even know that they were in the Paramo's 're-cycling' scheme, and having to encourage contacting Paramo to sort this out, it was clear that the relationship with Paramo is not best, neither does it seem the product support is in place. I'd like to support Paramo products, but hey chaps causing your customers to get this sort of tirade and shopping experience is not the way forward.****** Pleasing to get a response from Paramo to say that the issues raised will hopefully be rectified by developing their 'Shop in shop' concept whereby they can have more control over product availability and customer relations. ******
