As an huge UFC fan, I got a Paramount Plus subscription. What an embarrassment for the UFC, I can’t stand the constant buffering and repeats, Paramount Plus sucks. I have all new equipment, highest speed available, and updated my app before the fight and still have the same issues. My tech support says it’s a Paramount Plus issue solely.
The only reason I have a subscription is because of my life long love of Star Trek.
You all hate Star Trek.

Constantly stops playing the next episode of series (and I'm using a PC browser), having to go back then "Play episode x", and even then it isn't guaranteed to load - sometimes requires completely logging out then back in...I have a sneaking suspicion is has to do with installed adblock software but I PAY FOR YOU - why am I seeing ads? I pay for YouTube - look, no ads...I pay for Netflix - look, no ads. The only reason you have my business is because you have shows nobody else does (and you won't let me link my Paramount+ account to Amazon Prime...even though I have both which is a scam...)
Actually, might just cancel on your website and go through Amazon, at least they're competent...
Started my subscription about a month ago and already received notice of an increase. Picture quality is been terrible along with glitches. App continues to buffer and then logs out with Oops Something Went Wrong.
Can’t get through one UFC fight without restarting multiple times. This is the worst service I have had. Im considering canceling my subscription and giving up on the UFC.
This streaming service should be free for how poorly it operates. Trying to watch a football game is like Groundhog Day. The feed resets back to earlier in the game numerous times. It will be cancelled as soon as possible. Good luck to anyone trying to enjoy the content of Paramount MINUS me!
Tried to watch the UFC fight tonight unfortunately froze several times once the fight did resume at 9 o’clock. It went off and never came back. I tried several times to log back in and again it was telling me the fight was over.
This is by far the most disappointing streaming app for TV. It's unfortunate because there are some great shows available. However, the app experience was so frustrating that I couldn't wait for the last episode to air so I could cancel my subscription. The app frequently freezes; the playback controls vanish during certain episodes, preventing rewinding or fast-forwarding, and leaving you unaware of how much time is left; it often resumes at the wrong episode; captions occasionally disappear without explanation (which is crucial for my wife, who is hard of hearing), and re-enabling them isn't always easy; plus, if you pause for even a moment, it sometimes returns you to the main menu instead of continuing playback. There are likely more issues I'm forgetting. No other streaming app is anywhere near this problematic. And no, I don't want an offer to contact support, as the problem isn't on my end. Many others are experiencing the same issues. Just fix the app!
The channel offers decent content, but actually enjoying it is another matter. The ads are excessive; if you attempt to fast forward or rewind, you are immediately hit with ads each time. Even when the feature is active, trying to skip ahead or rewind results in a message saying it's not allowed during an ad, which is misleading as it wasn't an ad! The service really needs to pay attention to customer feedback, as there are plenty of alternatives available.
Extremely disappointing experience! How can a company that invests heavily in content have a platform that consistently fails to deliver it without hassle? Every single time! Instead of responding with generic comments to this review, consider completely revamping the app. Or better yet, let someone take over who genuinely cares about improving the service, rather than just collecting a paycheck.
