This is by far the most disappointing streaming app for TV. It's unfortunate because there are some great shows available. However, the app experience was so frustrating that I couldn't wait for the last episode to air so I could cancel my subscription. The app frequently freezes; the playback controls vanish during certain episodes, preventing rewinding or fast-forwarding, and leaving you unaware of how much time is left; it often resumes at the wrong episode; captions occasionally disappear without explanation (which is crucial for my wife, who is hard of hearing), and re-enabling them isn't always easy; plus, if you pause for even a moment, it sometimes returns you to the main menu instead of continuing playback. There are likely more issues I'm forgetting. No other streaming app is anywhere near this problematic. And no, I don't want an offer to contact support, as the problem isn't on my end. Many others are experiencing the same issues. Just fix the app!
