It auto renewed my account but sent me an email to renew. So the auto renewal took from my credit card and I also paid with Apple Pay. Because it didn’t show me I already paid. so I got stuck double paying. To contact anybody for help seemed impossible. So I ate my loss with double paying. Then I cancelled my subscription before it was time to renew and it still tried to withdraw my funds. I wound up trying to cancel again but it offered me 50% off. So I transferred funds in to that credit card for 50%off but it still charged me the full amount. I had to contact support as it over drew my credit card ,and fees for over drawing are not cheap. Then they said I already paid prior to my 50% off. And it would be added to the next years subscription as I pay annually. It’s such a headache. And hard to get help. So I canceled mine all together. I will NOT be subscribing to paramount plus again until they get these kinks worked out. They Pretty much stole from me almost two years in a row. Good luck to those using it
