We booked a shipment with ParcelABC for business purposes, where prompt handling and communication are critical. After placing the order, we received a request to provide more consignee details, which we supplied.
Since then, there has been no response for over two days, despite sending multiple follow-up messages requesting a status update. There is no functional customer support: there is no telephone hotline, and although a phone number is listed, it only plays an automatic message instructing you to send an email, which also goes unanswered.
At this point, the service has effectively disappeared. We are no longer interested in proceeding with the shipment and simply want the order canceled, but even this basic request seems impossible to resolve due to the lack of any response.
Based on this experience, this is by far the worst service we have encountered in this segment. For businesses that rely on timely shipping and reliable communication, we strongly recommend avoiding ParcelABC.
