I paid for the delivery 10 days ago. The item still hasn't been picked up. The company keeps asking stupid questions about the sender address, though I confirmed it several times and they have the sender phone number as well. They answer back in a day or two, very slow, very unprofessional. Not sure I'll get my parcel at all....
I submitted my email and you guys (abc parcel) still texting me here with formal apologies instead of contacting me throughy email to get all the details you need "to solve this problem"
