We have used this service several times, and every single time it has been the worst support experience imaginable.
Regarding our current order, the situation is unacceptable. First, the shipping labels were mixed up. Support replies at best once per day, despite the website claiming a 4-hour response time. None of the phone numbers are answered. We leave voicemails and never receive a callback. Since the payment has already been made, we are completely dependent on them.
We are shipping to Dubai to an address where FedEx delivers packages every single day. Parcel Labs assigned FedEx for this delivery as well. The address we provided does not have a house number — the building has a name instead. This is completely normal in Dubai, and we have been receiving deliveries to this exact address for months without any issues.
However, Parcel Labs insists the address is invalid because it lacks a house number. We explained the situation multiple times, yet they respond like parrots with the same template reply and then disappear for another day.
Our exhibition date is approaching, and we must receive this shipment on time. Instead, they are putting us at risk by ignoring calls, responding extremely slowly, and refusing to resolve the issue.
This level of service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
