Disappointing experience when issues arise. Our parcel was due for delivery on the 15th of December. A significant mismanagement by their chosen carrier caused it to arrive 7 days late. The office was closed, and a new delivery address was needed. The package is currently lost, last scanned at a depot, and now they can't locate it. We've had to chase for updates. Naturally, we contacted the carrier directly and were advised against it. It's ridiculous, as we are trying to resolve the issue. It was only after we called the carrier that we learned a form needed to be completed to initiate a search. While the broker's price was 15% less than going directly, this has proven to be a false economy.
