Disappointing experience when issues arise. Our parcel was due for delivery on the 15th of December. A significant mismanagement by their chosen carrier caused it to arrive 7 days late. The office was closed, and a new delivery address was needed. The package is currently lost, last scanned at a depot, and now they can't locate it. We've had to chase for updates. Naturally, we contacted the carrier directly and were advised against it. It's ridiculous, as we are trying to resolve the issue. It was only after we called the carrier that we learned a form needed to be completed to initiate a search. While the broker's price was 15% less than going directly, this has proven to be a false economy.
Recently, we chose this broker for a delivery from Bulgaria to the UK and found the service to be exceptional. Getting immediate quotes from various couriers was quick and easy, and the interface was very user-friendly. Interaction with the team was excellent; they were attentive, supportive, and demonstrated great professionalism. The parcel arrived on time without any issues. We highly recommend their service.
Absolutely unacceptable. A package was dispatched with guaranteed 4-day service, but it still hasn't arrived despite clearing customs in just two days. The tracking still shows it in Sofia. There has been no response to my messages from the broker or the carrier. How does it take 10 days for a guaranteed four-day service? I should have booked directly, even if it cost more! Delays can be tolerated, but lack of communication feels like theft. I will be filing complaints with the broker, the carrier, and my bank. It’s one thing to be late, but two weeks is outrageous, especially when Christmas Eve was also a working day, and still nothing!
