Advised by Royal mint my order was dispatched by Royal Mail tracked 48 service, to my address in Salisbury on Mon 30/4/26.
Email from parcelforce on Tue 31/4/26 saying my parcel has been received in Cardiff will be delivered today between 08.30 and 12.30. Waited in all day parcel not delivered, checked tracker which shows my parcel has arrived in Southampton at 13.09, so obviously not going to be delivered as promised. No updates from Parcelforce.
Received Email from Parcelforce on Wed 01/04/26 saying my parcel has been received in Salisbury at 07.54 and will now be delivered today between 08.10 and 12.10, waited in until 13.00, parcel not delivered as promised, no update received. 14.20 received email from Parcelforce saying my parcel has been delivered proof of delivery is a picture of the address label with no location shown?
Went home, no parcel received, later discovered parcel has been dumped in the hallway of the block of flats I live in where any passer by could have taken it !
Tried to complain to parcelforce but the website and App are extremely difficuilt to navigate and complaining is impossible. The phone number they provide for customer support has a 60 min waiting time. Absolutely abysmal service which I was charged £3.99 for.
Not holding my breath for any sort of response from Royal Mail. Diabolical organisation which used to be the pride of Great Britain, very sad|
