One of the worse experiences I ever had with a courier. I was waiting for my parcel at home, but no one showed up or tried to contact me and no card was left, but somehow the courier marked as missed delivery. I then rearranged the delivery online, for the next day for my neighbour, but the courier allegedly tried to deliver to my house again. I did get an email confirmation with my neighbour address, and yet, no card, no contact, no parcel. After that, I couldn’t rearrange the delivery online and I tried multiple times contacting parcel force on the phone but it takes ages to get through and sometimes the call just cuts off for no reason. A week later I finally managed to speak with agent, that arrange a delivered for my local post office. No surprise here, but the parcel was never delivered to the post office and now I got an email saying the parcel will be returned to sender.

No stars - alongside BT, this has to be one of the biggest shambles of a company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. They weren't great before the merger with Roayl Mail but now they've reach a whole new low level of incompetence. Time and time again they'll fail you & their customer services ? Wow - next level nonsense who can't wait to pass you on to someone else who's also useless. Shocking company who don't learn from their mistakes that continues to stumble from one mistake to another, whilst not giving a toss in the process.

Parcel Force have had a 100% failure rate on deliveries to my property, during an approximate 18 month period.

Alnwick, Northumberland, it seems as if they don't even continue with the pretence of delivering parcels, they're contracted to deliver.

Had the latest delivery failure, had no email, no text, no note through the door. Clarified via the supplier, that they alleged to have tried delivery 11 days ago. I had no note, heard no door bell, no knock, no text, it was a day I was working next to the front door all day (Nb. 5 days DIY/Decorating...there's no way I could have missed an alleged delivery attempt, even the toilet is next to the front door, as is the kitchen. An enclosed courtyard, it's impossible to miss any vehicle pulling up)

Have had to stop using 2 No. main suppliers I'd used since 2008, as they insist on using Parcel Force. I try to verify delivery company being used, prior to placing an order. Parcel Force, by a huge margin, are sucessful in delivery failures et al

Am on hold, via phone, waiting for a response. Have been attempting to obtain a response from Parcel Force, since 13.09Hr's (approx), 24.02.26. It's now 17.13 Hr's, 24.02.26. Have had the phone answered on 3 No. occasions. After the initial 34 minutes on hold, had a "I can't hear you", then after 28 minutes on hold,had a "that's another department, I'll transfer you...just ended the 3rd or 4th call on hold. Was on hold for 38 minutes, 53 seconds.just ended the ? 4th, 5th call ? Was on hold for 38minutes & 53 seconds

Have reviewed online orders / deliveries, over past 5 months. On 19 orders total, Parcel Force havea 100% failure rate to deliver. Have arranged a refund from the above supplier. They've had two orders(£129) this year to date, both have required weeks of chasing delivery. Had to order a replacement order from another company. Am waiting for replies from 2 No. other suppliers, have explained I cannot place order, if Parcel Force are used

Collected the parcels on time and then for some resons swapped the labels with somebody else's. Meant to be dispatched overseas but kept hanging around UK until now. Out of two parcels they located only one and failed to redeliver back to us until today.

Followed tracking to Coventry there it sat for weeks, next news was it was being returned from Basingstoke back to Australia.
No card was left and if I had known it was going g to be Parcel Force O would have advised a different carrier as they are crap.

Delivery was apparently attempted on Tuesday, I paid for next day delivery, they said couldn't access my road?? But would attempt again next day. No delivery arrived the next day so I called up parcel force and arranged a delivery for saturday(yesterday) the lady on phone assured me would be delivered on Saturday. Parcel still hasn't came. Now sunday
Spent all day crying as this parcel was over £100 for a special valentines day which has now been ruined. So where is my parcel? Going to have to call and chase this up yet again tomorrow, I'm not happy at all

I have used ParcelForce for my business for years and they used to be reliable and professional. Unfortunately, since Royal Mail took over, the service has declined dramatically.

Deliveries are no longer arriving on time. An Express 48 service is now taking up to five working days, which is completely unacceptable for a paid express service. This has caused disruption to my business and frustration for my customers.

On multiple occasions, Royal Mail couriers have been sent to collect ParcelForce parcels in vans that are too small to accommodate them. As a result, parcels are left behind and collections are missed, causing further delays.

Customer service is almost impossible to get hold of, which makes resolving issues incredibly difficult.

ParcelForce was once dependable, but now it is one of the worst delivery services I have experienced. I would strongly advise businesses to think carefully before using this company.

Sent an important car part for a rebuild,thought "Parcelforce 24 guaranteed" yep that`ll do me. Big mistake! Wish I had read other reviews before hand . Collected monday ,tried tracking and only info is that it has been collected . Same Tues same Wednesday.Finally arrive Thursday afternonn. Reading other reviews I think I am quite lucky to get it delivered so quickly. Never again, a slutory lesson. Not cheap either . There should be a zero or minus star rating on this portal imo.
