I’ve never had a worse experience with a delivery company in my life. It’s been 25 days since I left my envelope at the post office, and there have been absolutely no updates since then.
I’ve contacted customer service 5 or 6 times over the past few days, and each time I’ve been given completely different information — often contradicting what I was told before. When I asked to escalate the issue, I was promised that a colleague would get back to me within 24 hours. This happened twice, and no one ever followed up.
I also filled out the online form on their website, clearly explaining how serious the situation is — the envelope contains inheritance documents for my family, and if they are not submitted on time, we risk losing our family flat. I received an automated response saying they would get back to me within 48 hours, along with a reference number. That was days ago, and since then, nothing.
At this point, all I have are multiple useless reference numbers and zero actual support. No one has contacted me — neither by phone nor by email.
Avoid this company if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
