I have used ParcelForce for my business for years and they used to be reliable and professional. Unfortunately, since Royal Mail took over, the service has declined dramatically.
Deliveries are no longer arriving on time. An Express 48 service is now taking up to five working days, which is completely unacceptable for a paid express service. This has caused disruption to my business and frustration for my customers.
On multiple occasions, Royal Mail couriers have been sent to collect ParcelForce parcels in vans that are too small to accommodate them. As a result, parcels are left behind and collections are missed, causing further delays.
Customer service is almost impossible to get hold of, which makes resolving issues incredibly difficult.
ParcelForce was once dependable, but now it is one of the worst delivery services I have experienced. I would strongly advise businesses to think carefully before using this company.
