One of the worse experiences I ever had with a courier. I was waiting for my parcel at home, but no one showed up or tried to contact me and no card was left, but somehow the courier marked as missed delivery. I then rearranged the delivery online, for the next day for my neighbour, but the courier allegedly tried to deliver to my house again. I did get an email confirmation with my neighbour address, and yet, no card, no contact, no parcel. After that, I couldn’t rearrange the delivery online and I tried multiple times contacting parcel force on the phone but it takes ages to get through and sometimes the call just cuts off for no reason. A week later I finally managed to speak with agent, that arrange a delivered for my local post office. No surprise here, but the parcel was never delivered to the post office and now I got an email saying the parcel will be returned to sender.
