I booked and paid for parcel force 24 to collect parcels x 3 for the next day collection paying extra for this service
However they didn’t arrive after I waited in all day!
Then at 7pm I received an email saying they were unable to collect & to re-book for the next day!
Well I did that and guess what they didn’t collect again so I paid and purchased a 24hr service which they haven’t provided
I’m now trying to get a refund for the 54 pounds they have taken
It’s an absolute disgrace that they treat people like this!
I use collection due to being disabled but I’ll never use these again after this!
