I have been using Royal mail for all my life and 6 years as a professional for my business.Today I have a feeling that this collaboration is coming to an end very soon, I have lost over £2000 in last 2 years, so many delays, awful customer service, lost packages, wrong address delivered etc.I have doubt if a business can survive the competition with such low quality service. It was a bad ending, and I hope the board soon do something to get Royal Mail back to life.Goodbye Royal Mail
