What was once an excellent service has now become trash, even Evri are out preforming them. Regular post is now delayed that we are receiving mail a week late. During the Christmas period many cards did not even arrive, I'm sure they just tossed them. Even sending items using track 48 is failing. I have 3 items I've sent recently, and the tracking still shows them as sitting in the shops where I dropped them off, having not been collected for 3 days. It's no longer a service. Why are courier services so shit in the UK.

Just F ing abysmal. No live tracking in 2026, just an e-mail with a 4 hour timeslot and when it doesn't turn up they just send an email saying we couldn't deliver today. A bloody mediocre mail service. They turn up when they feel like it. I am fed up Royal Mail.

Absolutely one of the most dogs hit companies. Their entire system is just beyond retarded and it makes it as hard as possible for you to contact any sort of support. Their helpline was a mission to locate, you would stay on hold for over 50 minutes for them to provide nothing useful on the other end. Been waiting for a claim for about 4 months now. They had delivered it to the literal wrong city and its clearly even stated on tracking, but yet they are investigating this matter for about 2 months now. Useless company, avoid as much as you can.

Supposed to have delivered item on 16th Feb, tracking stated premises inaccessible which I later found out could mean anything !!!!! My house has cameras no attempt was made to deliver on date time stated.. Should subsequently have been delivered on 17th , it was not , having spent an hour and twenty one minutes on hold when ringing them , I am given NO assurance that the item would arrive in good time on 18th !!!!!! That a complaint would take three days to be acknowledged !!!!!!! What an absolutely diabolical service. I have received items quickly and with no hassle from Norway and beyond !!! Obviously not being delivered by this operation.

My beautiful jewellery, that I was saving for for a year, was left in my bin. My lamp was thrown over the fence! This is becoming a massive pain in my backside. Useless.

Royal Mail collected four large parcels from me, all destined for different addresses. They were for delivery by Parcelforce 48 and Royal Mail was to pass them on to the Parcelforce depot. The tracking numbers show they were collected by Royal Mail six days ago, but a conversation with Parcelforce customer services indicate they have not been received at the depot. The Parcelforce customer services representative refused to contact the depot or the Royal Mail sorting office saying customer services did not have their contact numbers. I stand to lose several hundred pounds and I feel I have been given no assistance in locating my parcels.

I have a delivery today and since 0554hrs the tracking says it is at the Southampton Office and as of 1329hrs the tracking says it is still there.
Surely if it is due today it should already be at my local office.
What is the point of a tracking app if it isn't updated?
Or is it really still in Southampton and they are going to turn up 7 hours later than their original time period they said it would be with me?
Why are the UKs delivery companies so damned useless?

Tracking just updated, at 0745hrs this morning my package arrived at my local office.
It has taken 6 hours to post that!
