I'm not one for leaving reviews, but Parcelforce has rather spectacularly earned this one.My package from Germany had the misfortune of travelling via Parcelforce. The first time round, no letter arrived regarding import duty, so naturally it toddled back to Germany. Fair enough, I thought, and paid for redelivery.Second attempt: still no letter. Brilliant. With absolutely nothing on their website explaining the process, I rang them up. After a delightful 2.5 hours on hold, I cleverly called the business department instead—who kindly informed me I should try package tracking. Another two hours later, I finally reached an actual human and triumphantly paid the duty. Success!Or so I thought.A week later, the package had buggered off back to Germany again. The support ticket I'd submitted three weeks prior finally graced me with a response: apparently "the delivery depot didn't receive my payment information in time." How very efficient. They've now requested my payment details to return it, which—surprise—hasn't happened either. So here we are, third time lucky. One can only hope the charm applies to Parcelforce as well, though I'm not holding my breath.
