Parcelforce totally ignore rescheduled deliveries, even those scheduled by their own customer service. They tried to deliver on days I said I wouldn't be home and don't deliver on scheduled days. When you complain, they just tell you to reschedule again. However, the reschedule and tracking links no longer work for my delivery and just show an error. I told the company I ordered from not to use Parcelforce anymore.
