There was one single letter incorrect in the postcode on my delivery, which both the supplier and I corrected and communicated to Parcel Force multiple times over the past two weeks. Despite this, they’ve continued to send the parcel back to the depot instead of delivering it.I’ve spent over an hour on the phone trying to get through to someone and when I finally did, they confirmed the address had been updated. Yet the parcel was still returned again due to the same issue.Their online system is awful, their phone service is slow and unhelpful, and there seems to be no accountability or communication between departments.Whether you’re a domestic customer or a business, avoid Parcel Force at all costs. Easily the worst delivery company I’ve had to deal with, completely unreliable and a huge waste of time.
