In an age where all other companies give you a 2 hour window or have live tracking - the fact Royal Mail can’t is a joke . Additionally when you try to rearrange they often still try on the day originally designated, you rearrange for let’s say 3 days ahead - and they try again the next day . Each time pushing you closer to when they just give in and take it back to the depot to be lost forever
