I sent a small parcel on 20/10 tracked and signed for to my daughter in Ireland, for some unknown reason it was rejected and sent back, marked return to sender. It appears to have got as far as the Feltham Delivery office and that’s all the tracking system shows. A 60 minute wait to try and speak to a real person, no email contact or any way of getting any information and a 20 working day delay before it’s officially lost. All for £17! What appalling customer service
