1 STAR is TOO MUCH.PLEASE BE WARNED and use a different company, who's trusted and reliable.I sent the smallest type of standard envelope to Belfast from East Kent, on 30th October. It contained a small note and a tiny leather sample, for a colour match, so it weighed next to nothing. I used their 2nd class 48 hour tracked service, costing £2.95.It didn't take 2 days to be received, IT TOOK SEVEN DAYS, .... 7 DAYS !!!It finally arrived on the 6th of November, a whole week later !It's a DISGRACEFUL SERVICE and I should be reimbursed but of course there's no way of getting any type of refund.AVOID, as I will from now on.
