I ordered an ebayUK item 26th October small package 2nd class untracked.No sign of a delivery by 5th November, the seller accepted the issue and said a replacement was sent 6th November it is now 14th November and still no delivery of this order or any other expected post.The Royal Mail information states delays are due to low staff levels plus other lame postcode excuses.
