Royal mail service is terrible, I had a package delivered today and the employee lightly knocked on my front door, which I was luckily close enough to hear. I opened the door and the parcel was just left in front of my door in clear view for anyone to steal and the employee had already walked away, not even bothered to wait for me to open the door, also I have a perfectly working doorbell.
