For the second time in a month I have tried to use Royal Mail to send a large parcel and on both occasions I have had an issue and my parcel could not be sent.Today, I paid for my postage online and requested to print the label in store as I do not have a printer. I paid >£15 for 48 hour express. When my email arrived it did not contain a QR code and said QR code unavailable.I went to my local post office only to be told that they cannot help me without a QR code. I was then told to go the Library and use their printer. Do you think I have nothing better to do than to run around trying to print your label for you?I have cancelled my order and requested a refund.I have gone to Evri and they are sending my item 24 hours and for half the price. So I am getting my parcel there in half the time for half the money by using your competitor.I will never, as a matter of principle, use Royal Mail again and I wanted to take the time to write this as if you are not told then you will never know.I know I am only one customer and you probably do not care about my £15, but if another 1000, 10000, 100000 customers like me choose to move away then hopefully you will take notice and improve your service.I tried to call your help center to help with the issue, only to be told that I have to wait over 30 minutes for someone to help me.Goodbye Royal Mail, it's been nice knowing you.
