I stayed home all day yesterday, expecting my parcel to arrive by 5pm. Unfortunately, it never showed up, and I received the standard email stating they couldn't deliver because no one was home. How can they justify this inconsistency? I've attempted to address this issue previously, but nothing changes! Even a simple acknowledgment of being delayed would be more helpful.
